## Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the default landing page after login. It gives you a live view of conversations, campaign activity, trending topics, workflow execution, and system health in one place.

### Date Filters and Controls

The active account or branch name appears in the top-left corner of the dashboard. Use the date filter buttons to scope all metrics to a specific time window.

| Filter | Coverage |
| - | - |
| Yesterday | The previous calendar day |
| Today | The current calendar day from midnight |
| Last 7 Days | Rolling seven-day window |
| Last 30 Days | Rolling thirty-day window |

Two additional controls sit alongside the date filters:

* **Refresh (↺)** — Reloads all dashboard data with the latest figures.
* **Settings (⚙️)** — Opens the tile configuration panel so you can enable or disable modular dashboard widgets.

### Conversations

The Conversations section shows a live split of how customer interactions are being handled right now:

* **Human Agent Conversations** — The number of conversations currently handled by live agents.
* **Bot Conversations** — The number of conversations the AI is handling autonomously without agent intervention.

### Messages Sent and Failed

This section tracks WhatsApp message delivery performance across all outbound activity. Use it to catch delivery problems before they escalate.

| Category | Description |
| - | - |
| Marketing | Promotional campaign messages |
| Service | Transactional and service-related messages |
| Utility | Operational and system notifications |
| Rate Limit | Messages blocked due to WhatsApp rate limiting |
| Quality Error | Messages flagged for quality issues by WhatsApp |

> [!WARNING]
>
> **Rate Limit** tiles appear with a pink highlight and **Quality Error** tiles appear with a red border when thresholds are breached. Treat both as priority alerts that require immediate action.

## Dashboard Tiles (Modular Widgets)

The main content area of the dashboard is made up of configurable modular tiles. By default, only two tiles are shown. Five recommended tiles are available, and supervisors can also add additional tiles from the **All Modular Tiles Options** panel.

### Enabling or Disabling Tiles

**1. Open tile settings**

Click the **Settings (⚙️)** icon in the top toolbar.

**2. Open the tile selection panel**

The tile configuration panel slides open, listing all available tiles.

**3. Toggle tiles on or off**

Click the toggle next to any tile to enable or disable it.

**4. Confirm active tiles**

Active tiles are highlighted in green in the panel.

**5. Apply your changes**

Changes take effect immediately — no separate save step is needed.

### Available Tiles

> [accordion] Tile 1 — Admin Area
>
> The Admin Area tile provides an operational summary for the current account. It surfaces three categories of data at a glance:
>
> **Leads**
>
> * Allotted Leads — leads assigned to an agent
> * Unallotted Leads — leads not yet assigned
>
> **Conversations**
>
> * Count of conversations currently allotted to agents
>
> **Orders**
>
> | Status | Meaning |
> | - | - |
> | Success | Order completed successfully |
> | Pending | Order in progress, awaiting completion |
> | Cancelled | Order cancelled before fulfillment |
> | Completed | Order fully fulfilled |
> | Unknown | Order in an unrecognized state |

> [accordion] Tile 2 — Chain Transactions
>
> The Chain Transactions tile displays aggregated metrics across multiple branches or locations. Use it when you are overseeing operations at more than one site and need a consolidated view of:
>
> * Leads (Allotted and Unallotted)
> * Conversations
> * Orders

> [accordion] Tile 3 — Trending Topics
>
> The Trending Topics tile surfaces the top 10 user intents extracted from real conversations. It renders these as a **semicircle chart** so you can instantly see which topics dominate incoming traffic.
>
> Key details:
>
> * **SmallTalk intents are excluded** — the list reflects meaningful, actionable intent only.
>
> * **Awaiting Approval counter** — shows the number of conversation turns or messages that require human review before the AI can act on them.
>
> * **Sync button** — click it to manually refresh the trending data outside of the automatic update cycle.
>
> > [!TIP]
> >
> > Keep an eye on the Awaiting Approval counter. A rising number means your agents need to clear their review queue so the AI can continue responding.

> [accordion] Tile 4 — Critical Alerts
>
> The Critical Alerts tile monitors system-level health. It displays a single key metric:
>
> * **All Errors Count** — the total number of active system errors.
>
> > [!WARNING]
> >
> > If the All Errors Count is greater than zero, investigation is required immediately. Escalate to the Neuroncx AI support team at [**support@neuroncx.in**](mailto:support@neuroncx.in).

> [accordion] Tile 5 — Workflow Runs
>
> The Workflow Runs tile shows a table of every active workflow alongside its execution count for the selected time period. Use this tile to:
>
> * Identify your highest-frequency automations
> * Detect unexpected spikes or drops in workflow activity that could indicate a configuration issue
>
> | Column | Description |
> | - | - |
> | Workflow Name | The name of the configured automation |
> | Execution Count | How many times it has run in the selected period |

## Quick Reference — Key Alerts to Watch

Use the table below as a rapid reference when triaging dashboard warnings.

| Alert | Visual Indicator | Recommended Action |
| - | - | - |
| Rate Limit | Pink highlight on the Rate Limit tile | Review campaign volume and pause outbound activity if needed |
| Quality Error | Red border on the Quality Error tile | Review and update WhatsApp message templates immediately |
| Critical Alerts > 0 | Non-zero count on the Critical Alerts tile | Escalate to the Neuroncx AI support team |
| Awaiting Approval | Counter shown on the Trending Topics tile | Ensure agents are actively processing the review queue |
